The location of this hotel is so close to the bus stop, it is a plus. The staff (man) in the night I arrived 03/22 was so kind and great, he is a value member of this hotel (really sorry I can’t remember his name). The facility is also wonderful, so clean. And check-out method also efficient and creative. I’m sure I will stay in this hotel again when I get back to Jeju.

Seogwipo has so many places to visit and have hidden gems that are not given a lot of reviews. We had a variety of food but we particularly liked the BBQ and Bibimbap. We had rented a car and navigation around Seogwipo has been easy! We loved our trip and will be coming back for more - especially to hunt for more hidden gems!

A Quite place and peaceful, nice for escape.
A Quite place and peaceful, nice for escape. A lot of nice coffee shop and good restaurants. Transportation around the city maybe inconvenient if visitor want to move quickly from a place to another. Renting a car maybe a good option. Only short visit, came for a trail run so didn’t visit much tourists place or attractions.

As I understand it, Seogwipo can refer to both the city as well as the broader southwestern region of Jeju. We did not actually go to the city of Seogwipo. There was plenty to do even closer to our village in the Andeok valley. We hiked up Mt Hallasan (the Yeongsil trail), visited the closest sandy beach at Hwasun, and took the ferry to Marado island, the southernmost point in Korea. Otherwise we spent time walking on the Olle trails and trying local food like black pork and fresh fish. There are plenty of tourist attractions around, but the natural areas are so amazing that we did not make it to these. I could probably spend months on this little island and not get bored. It can be a little daunting to get around without knowing any Korean, but it is doable, and having a host who knows English can help a lot.

It was a lovely hotel with beautiful views and beautiful room. Jacuzzi tub with a view was wonderful. The pool area spectacular. The staff was so kind, friendly and incredibly helpful. The walk to the Secret Garden was soooo secret!!😂😱 The breakfast buffet is probably one of best I’ve ever had anywhere. If you don’t have a car, highly recommend the day taxi tour!’
I’d come back in a heartbeat.
Downside is there isn’t a ton of good options within walking distance. But a short 6500 won ride to Olle Town solves that issue. There is a CU a block or so away from
Hotel.
I went on a trip to Jeju Island with my friends for my vacation. While looking for a nearby hotel to stay at near the Olleh Market and Arangjoeul food and Cheonjiyeon Waterfall, I found a newly opened hotel that looked clean . As expected, the hotel was very clean. The bed was soft and the interior was luxurious. The buffet breakfast was also very satisfying. It only takes 3 minutes to get to the airport bus stop, so the transportation was also convenient. I would like to visit this hotel again
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights on our way around Jeju. On arrival, the car park was full, but the staff allowed us to park in their loading zone overnight which was very helpful, and on the second night we managed to secure the last remaining parking spot. Our room was very comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was by far the best and most diverse of all of our hotels in South Korea. We were just a short walk from sunrise peak and an easy drive to many other areas.
Nice medium sized hotel perfectly placed if you are driving a car. It is just outside Seogwipo downtown and has plenty of free parking. Our fifth floor room had a comfortable bed and stunning view over the town to Hallasan. Breakfast room was large with good buffet variety and coffee. The entire hotel was immaculately clean. There was also a big city park just across the street with sculptures, a pond, and waterfall.
This hotel is excellent. The room is big and the bed is super comfortable. It is a big building so the reception area is quite big as well.
Everything is super clean and you have all amenities at your disposal. It’s close to one of the main attractions in Jeju West area - the waterfalls and to a shopping street and night market. Just bear in mind that it is 1h30 away from the airport.
This was a popular recommendation on Booking.com and the hotel was pretty neat. It's a little old (but only compared to the other hotels I stayed at in Jeju), but the rooms are modern enough and to be fair, pretty nice. The only thing is that the hotel was PACKED, so much so that the parking was almost impossible and I almost has to park illegally on the street in front of the Hotel.
From the time we arrived at the hotel e cleanliness was obvious. The staff were so warm and welcoming and extremely helpful. It was our first trip to Seogwipo and they helped with everything we needed to know. I hurt my knee and couldn't walk and they were so helpful in booking me taxi's to where I needed to go.. Thank you. Seriously, thank you Hotel Kenny.
Good position. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, which is very convinient to move around the area. The buses connect to most of touristic places in Seogwipo.
There is two 7-11 stores in front, the food street nearby. 7 minutes walking to Ollel Market.
There is a microwave and water supply on 1st floor.
Good sound proof on 10th floor.
Location, location, location! We got lucky with selecting Seogwipo as our stay in Jeju, my wife and I had no idea it was located to all the beautiful outdoor sights. The hotel was located a 5 minute drive to Jeongbong waterfall! Also walking distance to the night market which was a lot of fun!
Quiet, and there was a nice tangerine plantation right outside the building that gave a really nice scent everytime we came back for our rest!
The rooms were very very clean as well, with comfortable beds.
Ample parking eventhough some nights we were late we arriving back to the hotel.
Feel welcome by the hotel staffs, speak very good English. I lost my wallet at the convenience store and the staff help me to translate. Breakfast is good, staffs are restaurant is nice too. To come to hotel from airport, you can take bus 111 , it took approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Clean room, they provide two water bottles every day, a bit small but it was adequate, staff was very helpful and aided me in my attempts to climb Hallasan
There's a 7/11 attached to the hotel's lobby, and the location is really good in the southern part of Jeju.
The staff was wonderful! They helped us so much in finding all the attractions we wanted to see. They also helped us when we were trying to use the kitchen. Extremely friendly staff!
Also, this is one of the few hotels we could find that had 2 queen beds.
Overall I love the hotel and the location. Love the hotel Muji vibes and smells nice all the time. Bed was super comfortable. Great location, near to the Jeju's main waterfalls attraction, near to convenience stores and a lot of restaurants near by.
right beside a market, close to bus stops, comfy air conditioned room that was very clean. The hotel staff was super nice & had a free waiting area for baggage which was a huge plus as our flight leaving jeju wasnt until later in the day:)
Good location for first time visitors of Jeju. Free parking. A lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Very nice hotel, clean room and bathroom, very good beds.
We would definitely book this hotel again.
Price-Quality is TOP.
- Near Seogwipo Olie Market, and many restaurants
- Sufficient parking space. SUV parking is beside the hotel, not at the basement
- Free WiFi is available but intermittent
- Staff generally helpful despite limited English
The location, the hotel building and style. Nice design. The Room is clean. Facilities are convenient. Not right at the central area just allow you to have time walking, keeping life slowly.
Very clean and new business hotel. Comfy bed and good AC. Pleasant people working there. Jeju has become insanely expensive and this offered a great price. Close to the Marado Ferry.
Walking distance to cheonjiyeon waterfall, and seogwipo market. Jeju Olle trail headquarters and info centre just behind hotel. English speaking reception staff. Spacious room
Good hotel at Seogwipo, located quite centrally ro explore the city
Staff spoke English well and the room was comfortable and.clean
Great views also and good breakfast
