The location of this hotel is so close to the bus stop, it is a plus. The staff (man) in the night I arrived 03/22 was so kind and great, he is a value member of this hotel (really sorry I can’t remember his name). The facility is also wonderful, so clean. And check-out method also efficient and creative. I’m sure I will stay in this hotel again when I get back to Jeju.

Seogwipo has so many places to visit and have hidden gems that are not given a lot of reviews. We had a variety of food but we particularly liked the BBQ and Bibimbap. We had rented a car and navigation around Seogwipo has been easy! We loved our trip and will be coming back for more - especially to hunt for more hidden gems!

A Quite place and peaceful, nice for escape. A lot of nice coffee shop and good restaurants. Transportation around the city maybe inconvenient if visitor want to move quickly from a place to another. Renting a car maybe a good option. Only short visit, came for a trail run so didn’t visit much tourists place or attractions.

As I understand it, Seogwipo can refer to both the city as well as the broader southwestern region of Jeju. We did not actually go to the city of Seogwipo. There was plenty to do even closer to our village in the Andeok valley. We hiked up Mt Hallasan (the Yeongsil trail), visited the closest sandy beach at Hwasun, and took the ferry to Marado island, the southernmost point in Korea. Otherwise we spent time walking on the Olle trails and trying local food like black pork and fresh fish. There are plenty of tourist attractions around, but the natural areas are so amazing that we did not make it to these. I could probably spend months on this little island and not get bored. It can be a little daunting to get around without knowing any Korean, but it is doable, and having a host who knows English can help a lot.

It was a lovely hotel with beautiful views and beautiful room. Jacuzzi tub with a view was wonderful. The pool area spectacular. The staff was so kind, friendly and incredibly helpful. The walk to the Secret Garden was soooo secret!!😂😱 The breakfast buffet is probably one of best I’ve ever had anywhere. If you don’t have a car, highly recommend the day taxi tour!’
I’d come back in a heartbeat.
Downside is there isn’t a ton of good options within walking distance. But a short 6500 won ride to Olle Town solves that issue. There is a CU a block or so away from
Hotel.
The washing machine was the selling point and very handy for us. The kitchenette was useful as was the big fridge. Appreciated the warning at check-in that rooms wouldn't be cleaned/made every day due to covid but the hotel gave us new towels and water bottles at our front door every morning during our stay. Walking distance to central Seogwipo. The staff were nice but some couldn't speak English which we overcame with translate anyway.
The property was very clean and spacious for a good group of us going to Jeju. I appreciated the scenery, pool, and cool activities to do that are not far from the hotel.
What I enjoyed the most is the amazing and awesome staff. They had a bottle of wine for me ready I’m the room when it was a special stay! They accommodated so much to include getting the pool ready and suggesting best locations to go to! They are the best.
The hotel is ideally located for visiting the Jeju Island sites if you have a hire car being half way along the southern coast of Jeju Island. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The views from the hotel across the sea are superb. There is a really nice infinity pool and jacuzi at the front of the hotel. The breakfast was very good, The staff were excellent, although there were sometimes queues at reception.
Nice medium sized hotel perfectly placed if you are driving a car. It is just outside Seogwipo downtown and has plenty of free parking. Our fifth floor room had a comfortable bed and stunning view over the town to Hallasan. Breakfast room was large with good buffet variety and coffee. The entire hotel was immaculately clean. There was also a big city park just across the street with sculptures, a pond, and waterfall.
The owner Mr. Kim was extremely nice despite his lack of English. We used Google translation. He even drove me to a nice local restaurant nearby that I wanted to go to when I could not get a taxi. He offered good suggestions on what to see after I discovered his views were better than online information.
You can also get a fantastic view from the hotel rooftop. Nicer than from a 5-star hotel down the hill.
Beautiful property, ambiance was relaxing, staff was attentive, professional, and kind. The grounds are lovely and the path to the beach was a nice little hike in the morning. The cafe in the east wing had delicious bakery options. The on-site CU 편이점 was well stocked with mostly reasonable prices. And surprising my friend with a stay at the hotel featured in King the Land (Kdrama) was absolutely worth it. :)
The hotel manager and staff were very attentive throughout my stay.
I appreciated their availability and their advice during my stay.
The only hotel where the staff spoke very good English during my stay in South Korea! Rare enough to be highlighted.
I also upgraded and was offered breakfast.
The location is perfect for visiting Jeju Island.
I warmly recommend this hotel
great location, many eateries around which are walking distance. it’s also a short drive to the tourist attractions in seogwipo city and not far from jungmun tourist area. room price is very reasonable and the view from our room overseeing the stadium and sea was quite nice. hotel has limited parking within the building, but has ample free parking lots at the back.
The location was great and it was really convenient for various activities that we did while visiting. There was someone at the front every time we walked by the front desk and if we needed anything, we received it very quickly. Check-in and check-out was very easy.
It's a GREAT deal for a budget hotel/good deal hotel and we would book again.
A special experience on Jeju Island/Seogwipo. Great room with views and all the amenities and more
Good location for a solo traveller with all tourist spots within walking distance
Local market and restaurants are just around the corner
Airport Limo shuttle is on the doorstep for both runs to the airport
Hotel is located in a relaxing environment, away from the city centre. It is approx 30 mins to Hallasan and Seogwipo, close enough to the attractions and to sightseeing in the southern part of the island. Ample car parking available. Staff are friendly, helpful and daily room service is provided.
The hotel location is very good. There’s a convenience store near it, bus stops and some tourist spots are easy to go to. There’s also nearby restaurants. The staff are great and I like there’s free coffee, egg and bread. There’s also a laundry area in case you want to wash your clothes
The staff were the kindest I have ever seen.
We came in the hotel right after a terrible event has occurred in our homeland. The owner Jay has offered his sincere condolences, he has proven a ray of light and humanity in a really dark time for us. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more.
It is very high quality compared to the price. Daily cleaning. Two bottles of water each day. Comfortable room and bed. Friendly staff and quiet area. I am traveling for long in Jeju and I always go back to this hotel to relax a few days. You will love it too.
Overall I love the hotel and the location. Love the hotel Muji vibes and smells nice all the time. Bed was super comfortable. Great location, near to the Jeju's main waterfalls attraction, near to convenience stores and a lot of restaurants near by.
It's a convenient location in the Seogwipo area. It's 10 to 15 mins to the Seogwipo Market where you would most likely get your meals. Parking is readily available at the hotel, and there is someone to help / guide you on where to park too.
Good location for first time visitors of Jeju. Free parking. A lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Very nice hotel, clean room and bathroom, very good beds.
We would definitely book this hotel again.
Price-Quality is TOP.
The bedroom was small but adequate. There was a cute cofffee shop nearby called Be Brave and a 7 11. Lots of Chinese people on the hotel. The location is in the middle of know where but good bus service.
The location in the South of Jeju was great. It was close to many restaurants and the Olle Everyday Night market. The hotel had free parking, a great shower and comfortable beds.
